I was delighted to welcome back our lovely Lindy to group this week after spending the summer 😎 sailing ⛵️ around the Bay of Biscay 🌊 with her family and grandchildren.

Despite the temptations of croissants 🥐 and ice cream 🍦, she only went and bagged a TRIPLE WHAMMY 🤩 by losing a fantastic 9.5lb while she was away 🥳 and achieved her ONE Stone Award 🤩 …AND her ONE AND A HALF Stone Award🤩…..AND her Club 10 Award 🤩 having lost 10% of her starting weight….which brings a whole host of health ❤️ benefits that money cannot buy 🥰.

She also entered a New Stone Zone 💃 which is always exciting 😄 and is now just 7lb away from her dream Target 🎯 weight! GO LINDY!! 😃

Lindy shared how being active on this sailing trip 💪🏻, walking miles to the nearest supermarket 😅 and enjoying 0% Gin 🍸 and Prosecco 🥂 all helped…she even took her favourite Slimming World recipe books 📕 with her too!! I bet that galley kitchen👩‍🍳 saw more than a few gastronomic 😋 delights on board!!

Ah, one year ago at the Caerwent Show in 2025 enjoying these beautiful owls 🦉 which I must share again!! 💕

I couldn’t make the show at Caerwent Village Hall & Playing Fields this year as in Devon for the weekend as special anniversaries for Mum 😇 🌸 & Dad 😇 🌼 but I’ll be at other community events as always 😃….. spreading the Slimming World love ❤️ so please come and say hello 👋
