it is rare that i go out for the night, dressed up, in full manhattan energy. i had an event last night & i was so grateful to come home put on sweatpants and be with my 3 year old son. every choice i have ever made has led me to the right now & i wouldn’t imagine my life any different I trust the Universe has my back. i often put self-care tenth on my list, it’s never really happens. i cannot pour from an empty cup - it’s not fair to my loved ones or myself if i don’t get to rest and recharge. i could use some “me” time. my son is older and so happy hanging out with his dad. the time i have to myself i need to be intentional with how i manage my time. i’ve been reading a lot about how much time one can waste if not planned accordingly. the “i have no time” is an excuse; being intentional with how i spend my minutes and hours is up to me. 🎆
