SHOP FRONT SHOUT OUT
We hope you’ve noticed our new bright and funky shop front - the plan was to stand out on the High Street 😊
We couldn’t let it pass without shouting about Vicki & Jon from who are responsible for all design work. It is such a pleasure working with them, I’m convinced they are the only people in the world that can manage to get the scramble of ideas in my head on to paper and a final beautiful design! They work incredibly intuitively and we couldn’t be more happy with our working partnership ♥️ Thank you both, you rock!

Our little tea bar is up and running! It has been so wonderful meeting many of you over the last couple of days. We feel lucky to be part of the new Revival shop and family. We look forward to meeting more of you over the coming weeks. See you soon for a cuppa. ❤️

I really loved spending time in the garden today.

I planted flowers and herbs including Chamomile, Self Heal, Lavender and Angelica.

These kind of days are good for the soul, having this connection to nature makes me feel whole, and it certainly lifted me out of my funk.

These gorgeous gift boxes will be going on sale next week on my website and Etsy shop. They are post natal tea baths to help with healing after birth.

I made these for my daughter after she had our granddaughter and they worked a treat.

The gift box contains 5 days worth of treatments ❤️

Post Natal Tea Bath includes:

Pink Himalayan Rock Salts -known for balancing PH and muscle relaxing properties.
Yarrow - help to stop bleeding and decreases the chance of infection in an open wound.
Chamomile - gentle soothing herb that promotes healing and supports the body to prevent infection and inflammation.
Lavender - promotes wound healing. Calms and relaxes, helps to induce sleep.
Plantain - used as an antiseptic and anti inflammatory, aids the wound healing process.
Calendula - a wonderful herb, that promotes healing and supports the body to prevent infection.
Rose - uplifting, comforting and rich in vitamin C. Rose also helps to calm redness and inflammation

Happy Sunday!

It’s a perfect day for a cozying up on the sofa with a book and some tea.
Today’s tea is fresh tumeric, ginger and lemon. I love this tea it’s so refreshing I can easily drink a whole potful or two of this and it has so many wonderful health benefits!
