Pasifika Playgroup - Friday 19th May.
This beautiful mama and bubs group gather together each Friday to share some cultural learning. This includes singing, dancing and a shared meal for morning tea.
Today I was able to demonstrate a quick and healthy meal option for mums to cook and introduce to their toddlers.
Broccoli Florets are full of nutrients such as fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium, all essential to our children's growth.
The recipe which consisted of 4 easy steps was handed out to the mums so they could follow while I did the demonstration.
