I am beyond excited to finally share my services, skills & a bit about me - ALL which make up Somnium Bliss!

I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner & Fitness and Wellness Coach. I can help guide you through various themes while you embark on your personal growth journey. If any of this piques your interest or makes you curious, please reach out for a chat, or ask me any questions you may have.

I am a woman of many interests, I have a deep love for trying new things. I LOVE to keep life interesting! However, my path has been anything but smooth! Ha ha! I'm sure many of you can relate...

My journey has required a lot of work, letting go of fear and setting aside the proper time for ME (in between all the craziness!). I’ve dabbled in many careers, worn many hats, provided for my 3 kids, and now...I finally feel at peace with where I am (AND how I can help others). I am SO excited to help guide you on your journey, or give you the boost you need to get started.

Whether it’s relaxation, anxiety, motivation, fitness, nutrition, relationships, confidence, or self love that you want to work on...
I am here to help!

Sometimes daily life can be overwhelming in so many ways, and everyone’s situations are SO different! Hypnosis, Past Life Exploration, Reiki or even wellness coaching can help with so much more than you think.
