I'll take feeling alive over deciding if I'm perfect or not. Iif I'm ready. If it's possible. If I need permission.

I'll take responding to my mental health with action than hoping I'll find the right pill or fix.

Lead with integrity and access it all.

Stop waiting for others to decide who you are and own the magnificence that is already whole and you. Honestly your incredible. Your body is a masterpiece. You mind a wonderful.

Life is a gift that's why it's called the present.

It's been nearly a decade since I ran my photography business. I often dream of starting it back up again.

My inspiring sister reminded me just recently during a tough patch that I'd put my camera down and nudged me to pick it back up.

I have not yet done so but I found this old beauty I took in 2014 that I thought to share. ❤️

You don't have to like the cards dealt, as I did at the start of the year but life happens and that's the point! To live, to experience the fullness of life and to know there is beauty in the darkness too.

Probably one of the hardest years for sure. Unexpected loss really shows you how love is everything.

I honour the many versions of myself that have shown up and everything I've learnt along the way. I honour deeply every soul who has shown up in this time too. Without your light, the darkness would have had no direction.

I've learnt allot...

1. Rest or make time to be sick or injured.
2. Build your resources (emotional, physical, financial etc) you never know when a crisis will wind you
3. Know who your people are and make sure they know too
4. Lead with love, its where everything leads back to

Consistently practicing the art of appreciation for the outcome not the action, especially when tidying and cleaning. I clean for my family, i tidy for my mind, i clean for our health. I do not clean or tidy for the love of it! I do it for the space and place it gifts to enjoy our home and each other. 😉

✨ When women gather there is a vibe of nurture, peace and love that radiates in beautiful ways.

✨ Ancient fairytales, myths and archetypes remind us of impossible stories of transformation, gifting us diversity to feel seen and valued.

✨ Menopause is another phase in life when the brain rewires itself like adolescence and matrescence, creating an intentional time for transformation. 🦋

✨ Rage or strong emotions can be a messenger of truth, inviting us to seek greater alignment to our true nature.

✨ When women enter into their second phase of life their masculine becomes more present and for men their feminine does the same. A beautiful reminder of intentional balance.

Our world. Family isolation project for the next 14 days. As a family, we have accepted the challenge to have the most 2020 fun in the next 2 weeks. Sad we can not see family and friends but so grateful and blessed to have our health and eachother. 🙏

We will travel the world, dance in the rain, draw, top up our den building skills, find the silly side, be kind, be present, switch our phones off during the day and best of all...grab every opportunity to tickle those gorgeous laughs out as loud as they will go.

Our plan also includes finding local solutions to help feed those who are in need and plant trees.
