I’m overjoyed that this is now an option.

It’s validating when science catches up to what what sometimes just gets labeled as
“Woo-woo”- call it whatever you want, because the body responds to it.

I have been practicing sound and frequency healing for years now. Everything from vocal toning to using a variety of instruments like singing bowls and tuning forks. I have seen big shifts in myself and I have seen it in others.

Everything is affected by frequency. From the uneasiness that comes with the unsettling vibration of heavy machinery at work, to the carefully curated playlist of songs and sounds that helps to restore the nervous system- our body responds.

So this is a HUGE win in my mind. Using what is naturally available to us, what resonates with us, instead of immediately reaching for another pharmaceutical.

I’m overjoyed for the people who will benefit from this.

I hope more are drawn to finding out what “medicine” the natural world can hold as well.
It doesn’t have to be a this or that situation when it comes to western medicine. It can be a this AND .

There are so many wonderful healing modalities out there that can be helpful. Even if the outcome is to calm a frayed nervous system or digestive system while a patient is going through more invasive treatments and procedures. 💚 It can make a huge difference in the individual’s ability to respond, recover and heal 💚🦋✨🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Super unfortunate, but we
have to cancel the event due to a lack of RSVPs.

We were hoping to jump back into things strong, and honestly- this is a disappointment.

We’ll reschedule for a future date, be on the lookout soon.

* Also note- RSVPs are important. It’s how we plan. So if we don’t see any, we don’t know if you’re planning to join us. We pay for the space we use, so if you don’t RSVP, we have no choice but to cancel.

We know people hate signing up for things and committing to events if they don’t have to, but it really hurts our ability to create future events when you don’t.

✨ Nurturing Self Care is a huge part of my surgery recovery 💚✨
Most of us don’t take the time to truly listen to our body and honor our needs.
This Sound Journey will focus on laying the foundation to creating more space for sustainable self care, with a focus on our physical self care.

✨Hello friends, this post serves as a notice that we’ll be putting a short pause on our Bi-Monthly Sound Journey.🩵

I am beginning pre-operative procedures for an upcoming surgery and will need the time to prepare, have, and recover from my surgery.

Although I will not be able to participate in sound journeys at the moment, I will be able to take on a few clients for work.

Our Sound Journey on Friday, 7/21 has been cancelled due to a lack of RSVPs .

🔑Please note that we generally post our Sound Journeys on MeetUp anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks in advance, and our general schedule is the 1st & 3rd Fridays of every month, unless otherwise specified.

We will resume our next Sound Journey on Aug 4th.
This Event should be posted to MeetUp by the end of this upcoming weekend.

Information about the events can be found by following us here on IG, visiting our link in the Bio to gain access to the MeetUp RSVP, or by subscribing to our email list to receive updates with links to RSVP.

RSVPs are watched closely and we use this information to make decisions about the events.

We do ask that you RSVP when you intend to participate, and that likewise, if your plans should change after RSVPing, you update your status no later than 24hrs before the event.

We ask this as a simple courtesy.
Our events do take considerable time and effort to prepare and it is helpful for us to have an accurate headcount before the event.

🛑BINX UPDATE 🌟

Hello everyone,

Binx had imaging done on Wednesday that showed he had an enlarged spleen and a swollen lymph near the chest. That information paired with everything else that we had discussed with the Vet ultimately led to the decision to treat him for a bacterial infection that may have come from a contaminated can of food.

He’s been given a steroid injection, antibiotics, pain meds and something to help his stomach.
When we brought him home he went straight for his food and water dishes, and then his box.

Bear and I ugly cried 😭, it was such a huge improvement!

However, he’s not out of the woods yet and the next few days we’ll be keeping a very close eye on him as the steroids start wearing off.
His little body has been very inflamed. If he declines, we’ll need to do a round of steroids that we can give him at home until his immune system improves enough to fight on its own.

The next update will probably be in a few days.
