12 Chakra System 💫

As the energy on our planet transitions, so does the energy within our own energetic chakra system.

Initially, I was trained and developed my work with the 7 main chakra system. However, over the past year I have been guided to expand and work with the transpersonal chakras.

This has been an amazing experience as more people awaken and jump on board the ascension journey, their 12 chakra system is activated.

Friday was my Graduation...

It was a very special moment for me.

I have been so honoured to spend time with and learn from two incredible humans who taught and initiated me into the world of Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya Yoga.

Its the beginning of something very new, exciting, powerful and authentic for me.

I'll be taking a while to allow all of it to settle deep within.

Right now i am feeling very greatful for what i have learnt, my gorgeous teachers, my new buds and a refreshed version of myself blooming in the sun.
