Simple Yummy 3 ingredients Salad
Made from things available at home:
Guava
Tomatoes
Onion
Seasonings- Red chilly powder, salt, and lemon juice

Kutchi Bajra Rotla Khakhra

This Khakhara is made from Bajra rotla ( Bhakhari ) which is cooked on a earthen clay tava ( Taavli ) on traditional chullahs ,generally used even now in villages where gas stoves are not affordable /viable.
The rotla is placed on the hot Taavli and the top layer of it is scraped off as much as possible keeping the bottom layer as thin as possible. This bottom layer is lightly cooked making it into a Khakhara # #

Generally it’s best to consume food within 15 minutes of workout especially whey protein as the digestion is at its best...
