Garlic

Ginger

Negro pepper

Aidan fruit

Wash them thoroughly,peel the ginger & garlic

Cut the Aiden,then put everything inside a clean pot add about 2 liters of water cook for 30minutes .

Dosage

Warm and take it morning and night,half a glass cup till seven days

Note: taking it half a glass cup morning and night during menstruation is better as it makes your me**es to flow normal, take out all the old blood in your system

It's very effective especially for those that are having painful mensuration
