As corny as it may sound, your natural state of being is joy, love and peace. In other words, without the weight of your physical body, and the earthly burdens we decide to carry, we operate best in our highest vibration, that is, because it is our natural state of being. Spending time to breath in source energy everyday and allowing yourself to commune with it will build a solid foundation of trust and certainty as you align yourself with your inner being. Not everyone will understand where this rejuvenating energy is flowing from, because it comes from within you and your ability to transform yourself and your reality. The only way you can truely inspire this in others is to emanate this love for self. Others will follow you by the light you radiate, even subconsciously, when the path you lay for them is strong and fruitful. You are most powerful when you are most sincere. Confucius teaches that virtue then comes visible, it is then made manifest in the world, is seen by others, and transforms them "faithfulness and sincerity hold the power of transformation".

Reaching a state of higher consciousness through meditation may take practice. There will always be a higher ground for you to take...as you soar ever higher and higher, you will look down on this time-space reality, and all earthly matters will be put into perspective. Your answers therefore, become clearer... you are not so easily stirred by trivial things, you have more control of how you feel as your become more sensitive to your inner being, your emotions are your secret weapon as you become more responsive to your own needs, you choose to live at a higher vibration more often, and those people or situations that bring you down seem to fall away because they no longer fit in your reality...
Manifest your reality. Discover the magic of meditation for there is real earthly and spiritual power in silent visualisation.

What we can't measure with our physical tools, science will not be able to explain. Even such a mind such as Pythagoras knew that abstract thinking is superior to the evidence of the sense. 'Reality' bends. It's ever changing, malleable and unique for every individual...and thats only our physical experience. Our spiritual journey is profoundly more expansive, powerful and has the greatest impact on our physical reality.
The non-physical world is infinite. You could not expect to measure, graph or calculate it. Your higher mind calls you to investigate with your own non-physical tools.

If something feels off, trust it. The only truth that matters, is your own. But you have to sharpen your intuition. You have to learn to see with your third eye the same way you learnt to focus with your physical ones. All the answers you seek are within you, around you and even calling out to you.
You will know, if you sit with yourself enough in meditation, when something feels off... that job you're not sure of, that potential date, the road that makes you nervous, someone who disturbs your inner peace. You have a compass within you, always pointing to true north... practice using it and trust it!
