Happy Women’s Day 🧘‍♀️

You don’t have less time than everyone else—you just don’t have time to do it all And that’s completely okay. 🫡

Health isn’t about checking off a rigid to-do list or following a perfect daily routine. Holding onto that mindset might actually be keeping you stuck. ☑️

Too often, we wait for the “perfect time” to go all in—without realizing that small, consistent steps matter more than doing nothing at all. Progress doesn’t have to look the same every day. ⏳

Maybe you’ll reach your goal a little slower, but what truly matters is that you’re moving forward instead of staying stuck, waiting for the ‘right’ time. 🕰️

I’ve helped women reach their goals by:
💡 Taking just a 10-minute walk a day when that’s all they could manage.
💡 Making small but sustainable nutrition improvements when 100% perfection wasn’t possible.
💡 Focusing on 1% progress every day, knowing that even the smallest efforts add up over time.

Seed cycling is a holistic approach that uses the power of seeds to help balance hormones throughout the menstrual cycle 🔄

The idea is to eat specific seeds during different phases of your cycle to support hormonal health 🧘‍♀️

🌸MENSTRUAL PHASE🌸
During the menstrual phase of your cycle, which is from day 1 to day 5, incorporating pumpkin seeds & flax seeds can be really beneficial. Have 1 tablespoon each everyday, these work to improve estrogen to progestrone ratio 🌱

🌸FOLLICULAR PHASE🌸
Next comes the follicular phase, pumpkin seeds & flax seeds are usefull for this phase as well.
Consume 1 tablespoon each everyday, from the day your period ends until OVULATION- 7 to 10
days. Helps to improve formation of corpus luteum necessary for ovulation 🌱

🌸OVULATORY PHASE🌸
The day you start ovulating, around the 14th day, eat 1 tablespoon of pumkin seeds & 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, this helps in eliminating excess estrogen🌱

🌸LUTEAL PHASE🌸
The day after ovulation, until the period begin, 10-14 days, have 1 tablespoon sunflower + 1 tablespoon sesame seeds daily🌱

These will support progestrone levels, lower inflamation and reduce the PMS🧚‍♀️
