As an open water swimmer, I love helping other people achieve their swimming goals.
Using motor imagery techniques, hypnosis benefits swimmers by improving both physical performance, and confidence in the water.
For those swimmers who like to cross channels or swim through ice, hypnosis increases mental resilience and deeper embeds the visualisations and mantras practiced in training.
Hypnotherapy sessions are £60/hour via zoom, with a 50% discounted rate if you book sessions before the end of July 2022.
