BEFORE STARTING THIS CLASS...
I held on to a lot of negativity. I also felt a lot of blockages—kind of stuck in a way. This Reiki class most positively impacted me by the clarity and self-improvement I received. Learning to really tune into yourself allows for so much self-growth potential. I feel like I have found my purpose. Reiki is so healing in a calm, relaxing, and refreshing way.

Northern Michigan... you have my attention.🌲

In just one day of hiking I saw trees from white birch to tall pine and EVRYTHING in between! Such a diverse landscape.
Michigan in genral has so much biodiversity!🌱🍀⚘🦠🌲🪱🌸🌾

I was hiking alongside Lake Michigan and found a clay bed in the shoreline.
What?!
Right next to glacial till AND a running stream.
Also did some fossil collecting at Petoskey State Park. 🐚
Then, climbed the biggest sand dune I've seen in my lifetime at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. 🐻🏜

And how could I not stop at the Vegan, Gluten-free, soy-free bakery in Traverse City?!
OMG this fudge was to die for! 😋

The rest of my time during the week is spent serving at a Yoga Retreat Center.

I help out in the garden and cook people healthy vegetarian (and mostly vegan) food!
Learning how to cook for 35+ people has been SO MUCH FUN! 👩‍🍳

Oh and did I mention nightly meditation and satsang?
Yeah, this place is magical :)

And, of course, practicing plenty of yoga and Reiki! 🧘‍♀️💫

My next "off day" adventures will be to the Mackinac Bridge for an trip to visit the Upper Peninsula.
Figured I might as well since I'm this far north!
I plan to visit Canada on a seperate trip later in August (stay tuned!). 🇨🇦

I'll be working here at Song of the Morning until June 22nd and then I'm headed west on my next adventure.

I dislike the term "energy protection".

It assumes that I have things to fear.

Why else would I need to protect my energy?

Unless I thought something or someone was “out to get me” or “attack” me.

“But Kylie, I’ve felt someone's negative psychic attack before! It really affected me!”

Focusing on the strength of your inner self is the best defense against negativity, no matter how dramatic its manifestation.
If you are solidly connected to yourself, nothing can get you. 💜

Energy just is.🌀
It's neither good nor bad.
Now, don't get me wrong, energy does pick up stimulus.
And that can sometimes need tending to. ‼️

That's why I've created this energy maintenance series for you!! 💫

The videos that are to follow are a few strategies you can use in your daily life to help you feel clear and cleansed of anything you don’t want around your energy body.

👉This is especially helpful if you identify as a sensitive empath or a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). 👈

Asheville, NC you were so welcoming...

During my time here...
I laughed 😅
I cried 🤧
I danced (by myself, with others, indoors, outdoors, with strangers, with friends, and with sufis!) 💃
I worked, played, created, rested, recieved, and healed 🌟
I walked, ran, hiked, and trekked ⛰
I prepared good food and also ate good food that was prepared for me 🥑
I drummed 🪘
I sunbathed 👙
I connected with mother Earth by gardening 🌱
I made deep, meaningful, and long-lasting connections 💞

AND I was able to help others connect to Reiki on multiple occasions which was indescribable. 💫❤

THANK YOU to everyone who made my time here SO memorable.

⚠️WHY I WENT NOMADIC:

When I discovered that Western conventional nursing wasn't for me, I decided that I would rather become a “Travel Reiki Practitioner” as opposed to a Travel Nurse.

I said to myself:
“How can I take this beautiful healing modality and spread it everywhere I go with everyone I meet?”
The answer:
Follow my passions AND travel!

Thus, Reiki on the Road was born. 💫🚐

I loved serving clients in my home-base of St. Louis where I had a beautiful practice thanks to and .

And, of course, not to mention all the wonderful clients that trusted me! 💜🙏

But I found myself feeling stagnant.
Like I was in a bubble...

🔆I wanted to branch out and spread Reiki to even MORE people in need!
🔆I wanted to spread Reiki to audiences that may not even know about it at all.

So, I embarked on the Reiki festival lineup adventure– touring the country and spreading Reiki at events of all kinds!
It was a lot of fun! 😁

And now I’m really looking forward to sharing Reiki Level 1 online with anyone who wants to learn how to practice Reiki for self-healing!

I want to be able to help people not only by offering Reiki sessions wherever I am
but also EMPOWERING those people to remember that they are vessels of healing for themselves AND their community.

In this way, I’m spreading Reiki online and influencing parts of the country and world that I have never even been to!

Hi, I’m Kylie, your Reiki Master/Teacher and Holistic Nurse/Coach.

I’m an only child
I’m vegan, and Gluten-free (and love to cook!)
I live in a van 🚐
I love to travel! And plan on living in New Zealand someday
Avid yogi and fitness enthusiast 🏋‍♀️
Sober from alcohol for close to 6 years now!

I spend most of my days doing spiritual practices like meditation, working on my health and body through exercise and yoga, traveling, and building an online business.

My “off-days” are usually spent out in nature either camping, swimming, sunbathing, or hiking.

I’ve spent most of my 20’s immersed in mindfulness, meditation, and self-healing.

I graduated nursing school in 2017 🎓
and promptly realized I had entered the wrong field.
(“I thought we were helping people to HEAL?!”)🤔

Thus, I began my quest for something deeper and more meaningful to me.

I discovered Reiki amongst many other energy healing techniques and became certified in quite a few modalities!

I’ve spent countless hours studying, practicing, and learning about the body’s energy system.

I’ve taken countless workshops, courses, trainings, and lectures on the subject.
(not to mention all the 💲💲💲 spent on getting to those courses and trainings!)

I’ve been practicing Reiki Since November of 2018. 💫

My ULTIMATE goal in life: To help uplift human consciousness.

I do that by continuously learning and healing myself and then sharing what I discover with everyone I meet.

I’m full of love, self-healing tips and tricks, and I absolutely LOVE teaching Reiki.

For now, I will be available in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas.

Here’s a run through of how it works:

⭐️ Book your session ($25 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking)
⭐️ Complete the consent form that is sent to your email. Ask any questions you may have beforehand!
⭐️ Kylie shows up on time! Please communicate if timing needs to be adjusted at all.
⭐️ She will set up the space and fill it with Reiki healing energy.
⭐️ Please keep loud animals, children, and other people away from the Reiki area, if possible. It is best to pick a spot or a room in the home that will fit the massage table and that will remain private and undisturbed (i.e. bedroom or spare room). Somewhere you feel comfortable. Maybe asking others to leave the house for some errands while you are receiving your session.
⭐️ Kylie will perform the cleansing of herself, the space, and you.
⭐️ You will both participate in the intention setting ceremony.
⭐️ Receive Reiki!!
⭐️ Kylie will gently wake you when the session is complete.
⭐️ There will be time for debriefing and questions. Kylie will go over the aftercare instructions with you.
⭐️ Kylie will clean up and pack away the table and supplies and wish you well.
