By growing and nurturing your spirit soul, you heal and gravitate to your true passion and purpose in life.

We all experience and see things differently. It’s what makes us unique. What works for me may not work the same for you. Tip— Find a spiritual practice that resonates best with you and JUST DO IT (yeah, reference.. always 😆lol)

Examples include: breathing techniques, journaling, reading, & practicing stillness!

🔹It seems that covid + quarantine is trying to teach us all (through different ways ofc) to ultimatly bring focus and attention to our H E A L T H .

🔹2020 has been a damn year.. for the whole world! It has us confused and out of our daily routines.. a period of grief for all. Each individual has a different purpose and lesson being shown to them. There is a lot to learn here! There is a universal shift occuring ➡️ new routines & new habits.. Perhaps, use this time to really sit with yourself and self-reflect on your health, goals, career, relationship, etc. Take a moment to visualize what you want your “new normal” to look like.

This page is created for the intent of sharing knowledge, wisdom, and purposeful information regarding health and wellness from a holistic mind-body-spirit approach. I strive to help change and improve health habits and behaviors.

What we put INSIDE our mind/spirit (through thoughts, actions, words, music, tv)and body (food, alcohol, drugs, medication) tremendously affects our health and wellness. It affects the way you think, work, study, your relationship with self AND with others. Change in any way and developing new habits is HARD. Is there not a saying “All good things take time?”

Research shows significant decline in disease and cancer when people engage in consistent ( consistency is 🔑 ) practices of holistic modality treatments such as meditation, breathe work, yoga, visualization, exercise, following a nutritious diet, and much more! It all starts with changing your perspective and mindset. Overcoming our wants to meet our mind-body-spirit NEEDS.
