Let’s talk tart cherry juice! 🍒

There's growing research that supports that tart cherry juice consumption is beneficial to helping athletes recover.

Tart cherries contain high levels of anthocyanins and flavonoids. Two phytonutrients that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Recent studies have shown that tart cherry juice may:
↓ Oxidative damage induced by intense exercise
↓ The severity of muscle soreness
↓ Losses of strength due to exercise

Tart cherry juice may be beneficial for athletes who have frequent intense trainings, multiple games or competitions in a short time frame, or suffer from excessive soreness.

Let’s talk cravings 🍫🍔🍕

Cravings are a normal part of life and can be caused by several factors.

Possible causes for your cravings can include:

🔹 Lack of sleep
🔹 Poor diet
🔹 Dehydration
🔹 Not eating enough
🔹 PMS
🔹 Stress

If you notice your cravings are late night or after an intense workout ⏩ That usually means you’re not adequately fueling, and your body is letting you know!

Listen to your body and remember all foods can fit into your diet. Balance is key✨
