What a gorgeous evening spent with a beautiful soul ✨
Iv spent a few hours with receiving reki, crystal healing and sound healing, which literally made me vibrate from the inside 🤯
First time experiencing anything with sound and I’m so glad i choose to experience it with April on the beach.

We ended the session pulling 3 cards 🎴

Many people say they dont like their feet being touched, Reflexology is different to light tickles. Pressure points are pressed/manipulated and most people lay in a state of relaxation, give it a go !
If you dont like it, then we can stop and try another treatment ☺️

I wasn’t expecting this gorgeous write up about the treatment. I absolutely love treating pregnant ladies, giving them some time out, they deserve it 🤍

Iv just been to a Terrarium workshop at .of.foliage, a lovely experience, both Leah and Beth are full of knowledge, friendly and welcoming.

This place is my new favourite coffee stop shop when I’m child free, to just sit with all the plants and chill with a hot drink.

Tonight i went to a taster session for bowen technique and i was stunned.
Any family, friends or clients who are suffering with any form of pain, I definitely think its worth a visit to see Paris.
Bowen technique is different to massage, Paris will explain it alot better, so give him a follow.
I will be booking in ☺️
