Excited to be leading a new workshop for the Windsor Senior Center this Wednesday!

Join us Wednesday, August 25 at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, for a nutrition workshop led by April Flores, Nutritionist and owner of Northern CT Nutrition Counseling. This workshop will focus on how to incorporate local produce into healthy, summertime recipes. Learn about the importance of eating a variety of fruits and
