Today might have been dreary outside, but it’s been non‑stop in our house 💛

Out the door by 9am… gymnastics for Reggie, a bit of shopping, a party in the park, visiting family and now dinner is bubbling away while I finally sit down for a minute.

Because I love a bit of multi‑tasking, I listened to the Prepping for Summer Slimming World podcast while chopping and stirring 🙌🏻

Little pockets of inspiration really do keep me focused, even on the busiest days.

Busy life, busy weekend, still making space for the things that help me feel my best 🧡🩷🙌🏻

🌟 A little Sunday celebration from me… I’ve been 100% on plan this week and I’m delighted to say I’m 1lb down! 🌟

If you want to chat more about staying on plan or meal planning, I’m always here.

This was my meal plan for this week ... and yes, life absolutely got in the way (as it always does!) but because my plan was flexible, I could shuffle things around without falling off track. That’s the magic of planning ahead… it gives you structure and wiggle room.

What I’ve loved most is how planning takes away the daily “what shall I have?” panic and stops those boredom meals creeping in. Instead, I’ve been looking forward to every dish, really tasty meals that feel exciting, not repetitive. If you fancy exploring easy swaps or want meal inspiration, I’ve got loads to share.

Here’s to another week of delicious food, flexible plans and feeling in control. Small steps, big wins 💛
