KEEP FIT CLASSES

Hi, my name is Gary, and my passion is getting YOU fit, healthy and feeling-good about yourself.

I am ex-Army, fully qualified, Insured, and have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years.

ABOUT THE CLASSES
All classes are taken in a safe, and non-intimidating environment. Everyone works at their level and ability, and alternative OR easier, exercises will be given to the not-so-competent.
The classes are aerobic and weight-based. They are varied, and as challenging, as YOU want to make them.
They are great for weight-loss, improving strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and co-ordination, stamina, energy, confidence and self-esteem. Above all – they WILL be great-fun and rewarding!

MONDAY MORNING
10:40am – 11:40am - Over 60’s – Young-At-Heart - Keep Fit (Beginners Intermediate level)

THURSDAY MORNING
9:30am – 10:30am – Shape & Tone
10:40am – 11:40am - Over 60’s – Young-At-Heart - Keep Fit (Beginners Intermediate level)

PRICES
Classes are just £7.50 on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are memberships available at a cheaper rate.

VENUE
All classes are taken at the - WI VILLAGE HALL - Paynesfield Rd, Tatsfield, Westerham, TN16 2AR

PERSONAL TRAINING
I’m also available for Personal Training. I specialise in…Injuries, disabilities, illnesses, recovery after heart attacks/strokes/knee or hip replacements, the elderly, Weight loss and nutrition, small bubble group PT.
