During my visit to different elementary schools in the Grand Rapids, I realized that there are so many curious young people out there who do not know about mental disorders but are so curious to learn about them. I was blessed to be able to connect with the youngsters and continue to keep doing that once this whole pandemic is over.

Sometimes the experiences that hurt us the most are the most beneficial for us. Although it might seem as if we are at a loss, a lot of benefits and fruits can blossom from those experiences. We have to keep an open mind and look at both sides of the situation.
