Remembering this amazing woman today. Polly was not only my client, but also my friend. To say she faced obstacles is an understatement, yet she continued to show up with strength and determination. She understood the value of movement and did all she could to care for herself.

Polly’s perseverance was truly inspiring ❤️

Polly passed on some time ago, but I am reminded of her often. I try to, instead of feeling sadness, honor her by honoring my own body.
