To get good sleep nightly, we have to get back to a more natural way of living.

You can do this by:

•Getting in sync with your circadian rhythm

•Calming your nervous system

•Supplying your body with the minerals it needs

•Leaving or limiting stimulants that manipulate your natural rhythms

If you focus on actively creating more health in your life with great sleep, healthy relationships, nourishing foods, being kind to yourself, staying hydrated, exercise that’s fun for you, and so on… eliminating the unhealthy does not need your attention.

In fact, if you only focus on eliminating the bad without actively creating good, you will be left with very little and you will likely feel like your efforts are all for nothing.

Manifesting isn’t magic, it’s knowing exactly where you’re going and allowing it to become REAL for you.

If you can’t see a healthier, happier version of you as a very possible, very real person that exists, nothing will change.

Change starts with a vision.

What do you SEE a healthier, happier version of yourself DOING to get there and to make it last?

How is the happier, healthier version of future you going to feel?

Take that vision for yourself and FEEL into it as much as you can, as often as you can.

That’s when you will start to know the steps to get there intuitively.

Take your mindset FROM losing weight TO healing and supporting your body and mind.

When you can't lose weight no matter how hard you try, it may be easy to think your body is failing you.

But this is absolutely not true. Your body is ALWAYS supporting you, you just may not be supporting your body.

Diet culture trains us to believe thinness equals health while valuing appearance based achievements.

When you value nurturing and healing your body on a cellular level, you get to FEEL good and love the way you look at the same time ✨

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss and losing weight cannot be put into a simple math problem.

No one else has been through exactly what you've been through, so why would someone else's pan work for you?

Working with a coach can help you discover what approaches would work best for YOU based on your symptoms coupled with your unique life challenges.

It's not fun, nor is it necessary for weight loss!

Can you relate? When 95% of people who experience initial weight loss through dieting end up gaining it back over time, it’s pretty clear that the methods used are not effective, right?

But for some reason, we keep crowning calories as king of all weight loss… 🤯

The only way to experience lasting weight loss is to recognize and repair the root cause of the initial weight gain.

What this COULD look like in practice:

–Changing the quality of your food rather than the quantity

–Eating MORE calories in order to to burn more calories

–Repairing your circadian rhythm and the quality of your sleep

–Working through emotional eating and past traumas

–Caring for and healing your gut microbiome

Deep down, you know what needs to change, but having accountability and guidance is so important if you want to make lasting change a reality for you.
