Life has felt so raw these last two weeks. A type of vulnerable I haven’t felt in a very long time

God has been sending me lesson after lesson on what it really means to take care of my self

But there is a huge shift in the way I am responding to these lessons: I’m simply loving myself through the uncertainty. Through the uncomfortable emotions. Through the resurfacing

Trusting myself and my body

It’s okay to feel uncomfortable and it’s okay to not feel like yourself

We aren’t perfect. We are human

Life is beautiful because of the polarity of energies and all the lessons that make us feel human
