It’s been a while since I shared a devineeee recipe— I started this space to help people find joy in eating and cooking with whole, real foods, while sprinkling in what has served me in my own health/postpartum/ toddler-raising journey— and my goal is to keep that evolving.
But alas! I’m also chasing a tiny human. And he forces me to stay present. (Luckily he also allows me to try out new recipes on him 😉).
Here’s one we all loved this weekend 🌮
Breakfast Tacos (serves 2)
- 4 corn tortillas
- smashed avocado
- shredded cabbage (don’t knock it til you try it in this taco)
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 1/2 cup sautéed greens
- optional/recommended toppings: diced onions, black beans, cheese, salsa
Assemble it your way, and enjoy!
