🌱 Share Your "Tiny Practice" for a New Open-Access Book

The RCSI Centre for Positive Health Sciences is looking for participants to share the simple, daily rituals that ground them. We are seeking personal accounts for a new collection titled Thrive by Design.

Joy over Outcomes
This project focuses on practices chosen for joy, not just productivity. Whether it’s your morning coffee ritual, a short walk, or five minutes of journaling, we want to hear about the small things that anchor your day.

How to Participate:
Connect: If you've engaged in any RCSI programme, send a short expression of interest via our contact form: https://www.tinypractices.org/contact
Chat: Join a relaxed, 20–30 minute anonymous interview (online or in-person).
Contribute: Your story may be paired with well-being research and featured in our open-access e-book.

Lead Researchers: Prof. Christian van Nieuwerburgh & Kristina Shea.
