And we are BACK.
We have been quiet as our little one made her arrival into the world just before Christmas so we had some down time before coming back live to you.

My baby will come when my baby is ready.

Imagine, you’re 37 weeks pregnant. Yes full term, but that can go up to 42 weeks. Another 5 weeks. Your baby is breech or transverse. And the midwife recommends a c-section.
Do you take them up? That is up to you. I took an induction for medical purposes. All the hypnobirthing I had done, doesn’t recommend it. Am I glad I listened to the doctor yes.
Go with your instinct. Your baby will come when your baby is ready, just sometimes they may need a little nudge.
However I wouldn’t have taken an induction if it wasn’t medical and they suggested it to just get me going. 🤍🤰🏽

Expectant mothers can have someone with them through it all. Women should never have had to go through scans, appointments,l & labour alone. It’s already a time filled with uncontrollable emotions.

Partners should never have been seen as “visitors” and finally they are being noticed as partners. Whether that be husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, mum, friend🤍🤍🤍

Why Face Cloths? 🧖🏽‍♀️

Two main reasons I have selected to put in a facecloth to the mama to be pack.

1. A lot of women like a facecloth during labour to cool them down. This is very common and is recommended one is packed into their hospital bag.

2. Women recommend using a face cloth to ease tingling on their lady bits after labour.

You can purchase a face cloth in any colour but I would recommend going for darker colours as let’s just say, it’s not the cleanest after labour...🤰🏽🤍
