How do I overcome all the challenges I face?

I didn’t realize how much I missed it… until my body reminded me. ✨

Since April 20th, I’ve been moving, traveling, creating…
and my body?
She’s been whispering… then nudging… then aching.

Today, I finally slowed down for a 75-minute hot yoga session…
and wow.

Every stretch… every drop of sweat… every breath…
felt like coming home to myself. 🧘‍♀️💫

And in that room, something shifted.

Instead of judging the stiffness…
Instead of resisting the discomfort…

I felt deep gratitude.

Gratitude for this body—my temple—
that allows me to move, to feel, to expand.

Because the truth is…
there are so many people right now who would give anything
to feel what we sometimes take for granted.

To walk.
To stretch.
To breathe deeply without pain.

And today… I didn’t miss that.
