Calling any Padel (not paddle!) enthusiasts! We are excited that Preston Redman Solicitors is hosting a Padel Networking Event with proceeds going towards our organisation 💙

These weekly sessions continue throughout March and can be accessed on a drop in basis with subsidised spaces available (please DM, no means testing required)

Yesterday, I can honestly say I was restored and rewired by the flow and rhythm of Dani’s movement, meditation, music and mindfulness.

Any new or nervous mums will be warmly welcomed. 🤍🩶💙🤍🩶💙
