Breath – The Heart of Yoga Practice
Join us for a deeply nourishing weekend retreat where breath takes centre stage. Through gentle, accessible yoga, guided breathwork, and time in nature, we'll explore how conscious breathing can support physical vitality, emotional balance, and a greater sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us.
This retreat offers an opportunity to move beyond simply *doing* yoga and to experience the profound role that breath plays at the heart of practice. Through experiential learning, you'll discover practical ways to work with the breath to cultivate steadiness, resilience, ease, and joy in everyday life.
Our days begin and end with yoga practices designed to help you settle, restore, and deepen your awareness of breath. Between sessions, enjoy delicious vegetarian meals, peaceful surroundings, and free time to walk, rest, reflect, or explore the beautiful countryside surrounding the Redfield Eco Centre near Milton Keynes. Weather permitting, we'll gather around a campfire on Saturday evening for a relaxed and memorable end to the day.
All accommodation, meals, refreshments, and teaching are included. Places are limited to maintain a supportive and personal atmosphere, and rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Whether you are new to yoga, an experienced practitioner, or a yoga teacher wishing to deepen your understanding of breath, you will be warmly welcomed. Practices are adaptable and inclusive, allowing everyone to participate comfortably and gain valuable insights from the weekend.
Limted Spaces are left, so we recommend booking now to secure your preferred accommodation.
