I’m spending the day in the Pilates classroom. 🥰 After over 2 decades in the fitness industry, there’s always something new to learn! I’m continually inspired by the evidence showing the positive affect Pilates has on every BODY. No matter your sport, hobby, profession, fitness level and goals (or injury), Pilates has been scientifically proven to enhance movement and stimulate the nervous system, leading to improved health, mood and energy. I’m excited to take what I’m learning today back to my Pilates studio to share with my clients. It’s a privilege to be a part of their wellness journey, helping to change lives for the better. 🙏❤️

I’m spending the day in the Pilates classroom. 🥰 After over 2 decades in the fitness industry, there’s always something new to learn! I’m continually inspired by the evidence showing the positive affect Pilates has on every BODY. No matter your sport, hobby, profession, fitness level and goals (or injury), Pilates has been scientifically proven to enhance movement and stimulate the nervous system, leading to improved health, mood and energy.
