🌲We are excited to present Marsha Diotte as one of the teachers for our Forest and Flow Yoga Festival in West Carleton this July 11th from 10am-5pm 🌲

🧘‍♀️ This Vinyasa Flow (with variations), focuses on the connection between mind and body, through awareness, balance, strength and the breath. Encouraging students to take the shape that suits their needs, more than trying to execute a 'perfect' posture.

🫁 This practice is half Yoga and half Breathwork with Yoga Nidra, allowing students to have movement in the physical body without feeling intimidated, and having time to go inward and focus on self love. Working with our breath, I’ll then guide students through a self love meditation. Focusing on recognising our worth and connecting our spirit back to our mind and body.
