A battle to develop mental fortitude. You create it by successfully overcoming challenges both great and small.

A battle for success. You achieve it when you provide value to others and help them get what they want out of life.

A battle to develop a healthy body you are proud of. You earn it by delaying gratification, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone with exercise and staying committed to the process for years.

A battle to forge meaningful relationships. You create these by pursuing your mission in life while being authentic with yourself and others. Through this journey you will come across people who share similar values and goals as you.

A battle of positivity and rational perspective. It’s important to maintain a solution focused mindset. Unfortunate things happen in life. What’s most important is how you react to them.
this is where a rational perspective becomes important. Taking situation for what they are and not making them seem worse than they are will help you stay positive and control your stress.

My Client Has Been Putting In The Hard Work and it’s Paying Off!

Scott came to me looking to get leaner and then put on muscle. In order to accomplish both we needed to do them in phases so we started with a fat loss phase first, which we are still doing, then it’ll be on to a massing phase next.

He’s gained more confidence and is becoming a stronger version of himself physically and mentally.
Scott has been able to eat some of the foods he loves while still making progress because his plan is flexible.
-
One of the reason’s Scott has been succeeding at fat loss, besides the fact that he’s done a great job adhering to the plan, is I’ve had him consuming plenty of protein and carbs.

He’s got plenty more success ahead of him!

You Need To Make Executive Decisions In Your Life.

I know you want to enjoy a better quality of life than you have right now. If you’re going to make that happen then you need to decide what to spend your time on. What to say no to. Who to spend more time with. What sacrifices must be made.

If you want to be happier with the body you see in the mirror then exercise has to become a MUST. On the same hand eating in a way that is conducive to your goals is. A MUST as well...no excuses. Saying NO to unproductive eating habits is saying YES to the body you want.

If you want less stress in your life then you need to keep stressful people out. Or at the very least you must set boundaries with these people. Tell them what you will not tolerate and what you expect from them. They might be friends, your kids or co-workers.

If you want more fulfilling experiences in your life then spend time people who care about your success. Old friends who always want you to party when you know you need to work hard will not bring you closer to your goals. Surround yourself with great people who are also on a mission similar to yours. You need these people more than you know.

This one is for the men. If you want a better connection with your loved ones and friends then be a positive example for them and be their leader. Treat every moment as if they are watching you and learning from your actions. And guess what...they are watching you and learning from you whether you know it or not.

My goal is to eventually become someone I admire through hard work and helping as many become their best selves as I can.

Feeling pain free, energetic, strong and sexually vigorous are some of the best things in life.

Enjoying these comes with a cost of spending your effort, time and money.

Men, everyday for the rest of your life you have the power to choose success or failure. Your future is not just happenstance.

There will be people in your life that will tell you lies such as “ya know, after 30 it’s all down hill” or “ya know, after 40 you should start taking it easy because you’re not a young man anymore”.

These people have given up on themselves. They project their negative beliefs on you to try and make them selves feel better about quitting. They’ve abandoned their pursuit to grow stronger, grow smarter and become more fulfilled.

With every year that passes I grow stronger, smarter and I focus on helping more people. As a result I am the happiest and most fulfilled I’ve ever been.

Building the life you want and feeing great is mostly about setting audacious goals and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone everyday in order to achieve them. It’s also largely about ignoring everything and everyone that tries to steal that dream from you and tell you it’s not possible.

I’ve had people in my life tell me to take the straight and narrow path. “Get a regular job where you have set pay. Starting a business is hard” or they question me “Do you really think you’ll be successful in bodybuilding”.
-
My answer is always “I will achieve my dreams because I’m willing to sacrifice and do whatever is required to achieve it”.

I’m damn glad I listened to myself and not them.

If you don’t want to end up like the majority of people who lose weight fast and then put it back on even faster, then you need to strategize.

The first step is getting yourself on a sustainable fat loss plan. After that, all you should need are fine adjustments to move toward your various body composition goals.
-1)Add a small amount of calories to get to maintenance.
-2) Add a few hundred more calories to put on muscle.
-3) Or drop calories back a few hundred to get back to fat loss.

Yes, losing weight will be challenging. Don’t be tricked by all the BS advertisements telling you that they have the “secret” to incinerating body fat in no time while eating everything you love. IT’S A LIE!!

Curtis is a husband and business owner. Amidst all of his responsibilities he Is a soldier in making time for meal prep and his workouts. He worked his ass of and followed everything on the plan to a T. His work ethic makes him a pleasure to work with because as a coach he has put in the effort to achieve his full potential instead of making excuses.
