🍄Found some CHAGA on Sunday on my brothers/sister in laws property!

Mushrooms are truly so powerful!

CHAGA : is a dark wordy fungus and almost looks like burnt charcoal. It grows predominantly on birch trees . It has many great medicinal uses and is used a lot in TCM.

✨Let's be honest, our body is always changing, especially us women.

I feel like one day I was the size that was accepted by social media and then in the blink of an eye I gained 45lbs.

I literally remember looking in the mirror and thinking when the flip did this happen? How did this happen? With tears rolling down my face.

I honestly was CONSUMED with thoughts around my body image (still struggle with this and a lot of us do, and it's okay to talk about it). Everytime I ate I would think, is this good for me, will this make me gain weight, should I even eat this, maybe I can have some but I just wont eat later.

If anyone gave me a compliment I would (and still do sometimes) reply with something about my weight.

I was living a very unsustainable lifestyle when it came to my food choices.

Until one day I woke up and said enough is enough. If I'm not going to love myself for who I am, I won't have any room to accept love from anyone else.

I started to focus on what to add to my life, not what to avoid, and it has been a slow but positive process.

I find a lot of nutritionists are always helping others, putting their clients first and getting a high off of their success. We often put ourselves on the back burner. And sometimes we need a friendly reminder to put ourselves first.

So eat your damn breakfast, have a cupcake, don't do modifications on your starbucks order, post the photo even if you stared at your double chin and contemplated it 😝

Have you ever heard of glutathione? If not → you're welcome 🙂

Glutathione is the bodies strongest and biggest antioxidant, and to no surprise its produced in our LIVER!🙃

When we have candida overgrowth in the body, it actually puts a large amount of stress on our liver because it's working in overdrive to try and clear out the toxic levels of Candida. When this happens our glutathione production deceases drastically. 🥺

When we start the process of cleansing candida overgrowth, our liver is working even harder - like I said it's the powerhouse of our body.

While following the appropriate steps before cleansing, during cleansing the most important thing I do(besides the actual cleanse/proper eating) is supplement with glutathione( or NAC→ the precursor of glutathione) and eat foods that increase our glutathione levels.

the most important thing about cleansing is to make sure you're cleansing properly.
there are so many important steps to take that are crucial for a safe and effective candida cleanse. 👏🏼

I've said it before, but you can't just buy a cleanse off the shelf or google how to cleanse and think you're going to feel the results you want/need!

one thing you can do on your own is support your liver/body while you find the right health care practitioner for you.☺️

doing this is going to make you a step ahead of the game, and make it an easier transition for you with the lifestyle and food changes that are needed when you cleanse.

our liver is our POWER HOUSE💪🏼.

2020 & 2021 has been a rollercoaster ride for everyone.
Everyone has experienced these last years in their own ways, for their own reasons.

It is CRUCIAL that we spread love, that we show support, that we bring each other up, and that we don’t carry judgement.

It's OKAY to have different opinions/views than other people.

It's NOT OKAY to constantly be judging people, posting on social media things that are directed towards a certain group of people. Where does this get us? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm seeing such a divide in the world right now, it's honestly heart breaking and rather scary🥺

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it👏🏼
If you don't agree with someones mindset, politely let them know it's not a conversation you feel comfortable having👏🏼

No one is better than anyone.

If you're experiencing an itchy bum at night you want to make sure you aren't scratching it with your nails. 🤪 - I know sounds nasty.
this is the most common way to pass long parasites to other people in your home and back into your mouth. 😒

ever get confused about what eggs to buy?
personally I go for organic free range eggs.
the biggest difference is that free range have access to the outdoors. ☀️
animals need to be exposed to the sun and fresh air just like us 🐓

when it comes to eggs I encourage you to look into local farmers as well. a lot of local farmers have organic free range/run eggs - they just don't pay for the certifications. (this is with a lot of local produce!)
this is a great way to support local and save some cash 👏🏼

I really don't encourage anyone to buy conventional eggs😞
conventional eggs : hens are caged, fed GMO grains, treated very poorly are are pumped with dangerous chemicals/antibiotics. 😢

Eggs are a great way to get some good protein and some extra vitamins and minerals.

1 egg has ;
