This class is designed to help you slow down and fully soften through long, nourishing restorative postures, gently supported with plush bolsters, cozy blankets, weighted sand bags, and soothing eye masks.

There is no flow or active stretching — instead, you’ll be invited to surrender into stillness and rest, allowing your body and nervous system to completely relax and reset 🪶🤍

Throughout the class, you’ll be immersed in the calming vibrations of Crystal Sound Bowls, while Reiki energy is offered to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance 🎶🙏💆‍♀️
This is a space to let go, receive, and be held — perfect if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of deep rest.

To introduce this new service, I’m offering Sound Vibrational Reiki & Energy Healing at an introductory rate of $88 for February 🌙

This deeply restorative session blends Reiki with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gentle sound instruments to support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and deep relaxation.
Tuning forks are used to deliver gentle vibrational frequencies through the chakras and energy field. These vibrations support the release of areas of holding, quiet the nervous system, and help bring the system back into balance. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, grounding, and subtly resetting.

Combined with Reiki and sound vibration, this session gently guides the body out of stress response and into rest and repair.

You’ll rest comfortably on a cozy, heated massage table while sound and energy work support both the physical body and energetic system. Each session is guided by what your system needs in the moment.

Honour the return of the light with a gentle one hour class designed to help you ground, soften, and enter the new season with intention. We will move through supported restorative poses, a Solstice inspired guided meditation, and a soothing crystal bowl sound bath to encourage deep rest and renewal.

This class is offered through an Accessible Sliding Scale Contribution, allowing you to choose what feels comfortable and aligned.

Midday Reset 🌿✨

Take a soft break in your day to unwind, relax, and come back to yourself. This gentle class combines a calming nervous system practice with a crystal singing bowl sound bath to help you release tension, settle your system, and step back into your day feeling clearer, calmer, and grounded.

This session is offered as a free gift the week before the holidays. If you’d like to pay it forward, a non perishable food item for Contact House is warmly welcomed. If it’s well received, I may offer Midday Reset more regularly in the new year as a paid class.
