DINNER
Big salad with arugula, microgreens, shredded carrot and daikon radish, organic cheddar, apple, grilled chicken, kimchi and a homemade honey Simon dressing
BEFORE BED SNACK
cereal with banana and strawberry
Hot lemon water with a pinch of mineral salt
