This is Steph, she joined me 9 months ago with goals to not only lose weight but to become healthier while managing rheumatoid arthritis.

When Steph started, she was juggling full-time work as a dog groomer, being a full-time mum and wife, running a household, renovating a new home/farm and caring for farm animals ๐Ÿ“ ๐Ÿท ๐Ÿšœ and she STILL showed up!

Weโ€™ve tailored her training programme specifically to her goals, her lifestyle, and her rheumatoid arthritis, using a supportive IIFYM friendly nutritional approach, steering away from restrictive food focus, focusing on hydration, recovery, rest, and training in a way that works WITH her body, not against it!

She got her steps in, trained with me in her PT sessions 2โ€“3 times per week, improved her eating habits without restriction, still enjoyed her sweet treats ๐Ÿซ and stayed consistent!

I am beyond proud of this woman.

Charlotte started her journey back in March with weekly 1:1 PT sessions alongside a structured programme tailored specifically to her. When life took her in a new direction and she moved away, she made the decision to continue with online coaching, determined to keep showing up and pushing towards her goals.

Connie joined my coaching around April this year with one clear goal: build muscle, embrace a healthier lifestyle & finally let go of the fear around eating more.

When she started, she was eating very few calories, constantly focused on the scale & not lifting anywhere near her true potential.

During our consultation, we had an honest conversation about how she wanted to look & feel. She even shared photos of physiques she admired. I gave her a realistic breakdown of what was achievable, the timeline & what it would take. Connie simply said, โ€œLetโ€™s do it.โ€ From that moment, we got to work...

What sheโ€™s achieved since has been incredible. She now fuels her body with nutrient-rich foods (including meals out & the treats she loves, yes, even CHEESE ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿคฃ). She prioritises recovery while still lifting HEAVY, her Hack Squat PB is now 140kg x 6 reps, more than double her body weight!!

Sheโ€™s pushing herself harder than she ever thought possible & shows up with the mindset of โ€œIโ€™m going to do this, I know I can!โ€ Weโ€™ve built a foundation that shifted her from โ€œI canโ€™tโ€ to full belief in her own strength.

Watching her confidence grow from the inside out has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Sheโ€™s stepping out of her shell, thriving & creating something truly remarkable within herself.
