I am beyond proud of this woman.
Charlotte started her journey back in March with weekly 1:1 PT sessions alongside a structured programme tailored specifically to her. When life took her in a new direction and she moved away, she made the decision to continue with online coaching, determined to keep showing up and pushing towards her goals.
Sheโs now 10kg down, has lost a significant amount of inches overall, and gained something even more important ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ in herself and her bodies abilities! ๐ชโจ
As a full-time working mum navigating life after spinal surgery for a slipped disc, her goal was never just to lose weight. It was about feeling stronger, healthier, fitter, and more confident in her own skin.

Charlotte has shared that this is the longest she has ever committed to herself or stuck with any PT/Coach and thatโs because of her discipline and following an approach that is sustainable!!
