Looking for a Co-Founder to Join an Exciting Opportunity!
Since 2016, Steam Space has built a foundation in the health and wellness sector, specifically leading in community and social sauna offerings. Circulate, a non-profit is now leading in offering community sauna sessions. Steam Space is shifting gears and taking the business in a new direction. This pivot is an exciting opportunity, and I’m searching for a driven, skilled co-founder to join me on this new chapter.
About the Business:
We’ve identified an exciting new direction and opportunity to scale. Steam Space is dedicated to creating genuine, natural, and life-affirming experiences that foster connection and well-being. Steam Space has pivoted from being solely a sauna based service- as mentioned above, to now Josée, as a practitioner and facilitator in the healing arts, an entrepreneur, and consultant specializing in thermal cycling, traditional spa, and wellness design. Thermal-based body care, retreats, rituals and a retail line are the overarching offerings.
What I’m Looking For:
Complementary Skills: I’m seeking a co-founder who brings unique strengths to the table that will complement what I bring. Ideally, someone with business development, operational, financial and logistical background with an analytical, systems, detailed orientation. An operations type of director. Having some experience and/or a background in project management, or any organizational field is preferable. Utilizing these skill sets comes to you more naturally and brings you pleasure.
Adaptability: This pivot requires someone who is comfortable with change, eager to take on new challenges, and excited to help lead through this transition.
Passion & Vision Alignment: We’re moving in a new direction, and it’s crucial we share the same passion and vision for where we're headed.
Commitment & Drive: This is a partnership that will require both of us to be all-in.
