活動能力是指你活動自如、舒適自如的程度,它不僅僅指關節在其活動範圍內移動的能力。你從外部所見的動作是由內部過程所支撐支撐的——身體的呼吸、滑動、擴張、力量傳遞、壓力調節、適應以及恢復舒適狀態的能力。

靈活性就像風中的蘆葦-蘆葦不會與風對抗。它紮根足夠深,可以保持與環境的連接;它足夠柔軟,可以隨風搖曳;它足夠堅韌,可以恢復原狀。

Mobility is how freely and comfortably you move, it encompasses more than just the ability of a joint to move through its available range of motion. What you see as movement on the outside is supported by internal processes — the body’s ability to breathe, glide, expand, transmit force, regulate pressure, adapt and find its way back to ease.

Mobility is like a reed in the wind — A reed does not fight the wind. it is rooted enough to stay connected, soft enough to move, and resilient enough to return.

* 消化道:消化道負責處理食物,將其分解並吸收維持能量與健康所需的營養物質。
* 泌尿系統:泌尿系統負責排出廢物和多餘的體液,有助於維持身體的平衡。
* 喉嚨、口腔和鼻腔:這些部位有助於說話和溝通,同時也參與呼吸功能。

Our bodies contain many important internal spaces, these spaces are active areas where essential processes occur every second.

These internal spaces include:
* Lungs: The lungs are the organs responsible for breathing, allowing oxygen to enter the body and carbon dioxide to be expelled.
* Blood Vessels: Blood vessels serve as transportation pathways for oxygen, nutrients, and waste products throughout the body.
* Digestive Tract: The digestive tract processes food, breaking it down and absorbing nutrients necessary for energy and health.
* Urinary Tract: The urinary tract is responsible for eliminating waste and excess fluids, helping to maintain the body's balance.
* Throat, Mouth, and Nasal Passages: These spaces facilitate speech and communication while also playing a role in breathing.

These internal spaces work together to support vital functions, maintain health, and facilitate communication.

Structural balance refers to the alignment and symmetry of the body’s physical structure, particularly focusing on the alignment of the spine, joints, and overall posture. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining a proper alignment to ensure that the body's weight is evenly distributed. When we achieve balance within ourselves, we can have the stability to function at our best.

安全感 Sense of Safety

安全感是一種內在的感受。真正的安全感,不是來自外在,而是源自對自己的信任 - 相信自己的價值,相信自己是值得被愛,也相信自己有能力面對變化、處理問題。
當你擁有這份自信與內在的穩定,你可以逐漸減少因大腦中負面神經可塑性變化而造成的身體內耗,建立屬於自己的力量,安穩自在地做自己。
因為你知道,無論什麼時候,你都能溫柔而堅定地接住自己。

而這份安全感,也能透過讓身體神經系統慢慢回到平靜安穩的狀態,重新找回對自己的信任。

A sense of safety is an inner feeling. True sense of safety does not come from external sources, but originated from trust in yourself — believing in your own worth, believing that you are worthy of love, and believing in your ability to face changes and deal with problems.
When you have this self-confidence and inner stability, you can gradually reduce your body's internal exhaustion due to negative neuroplastic changes in your brain, develop your own strength, and be yourself with ease.
Because you know that, no matter what, you will always be there to catch yourself — gently yet firmly.

This sense of safety can also be achieved by allowing the body’s nervous system to gradually return to a calm and stable state, thereby restoring your trust in yourself.

舒適安穩、緊繃不安、疾病:你現在處於什麼狀態?又正朝哪個方向前進?

健康是一個涵蓋舒適安穩、緊繃不安、疾病的連續光譜,這些狀態通常是在一段時間中逐漸發展出來的,而非突然產生。 神經系統會不斷因應內在在與外在的需求作出調整。當神經可塑性的改變有助於平衡與修復時,便能支持我們維持舒適安穩與健康。
但當創傷或壓力長期持續,或強烈到令人難以承受時,神經可塑性也可能變成不良適應,讓緊繃、疲勞與失調的模式不斷被強化。

自我感知和自我療癒技巧能幫助我們及早辨識這些模式,恢復健康調節,回到最佳狀態。

Ease, Un-ease, Dis-ease: What is your current state? and where are you heading?

Health exists on a continuum that includes ease, unease, and disease. These states usually develop gradually rather than appearing suddenly. The nervous system continuously adapts to internal and external demands. When adaptive neuroplastic changes support balance and recovery, they help sustain ease. However, when trauma or stress is prolonged or overwhelming, neuroplasticity can become maladaptive, reinforcing patterns of tension, fatigue, and dysregulation.

Self-awareness and self-healing techniques can help us recognize these patterns early and restore healthy regulation for optimal state.

理解是改變的第一步。透過自我感知與自我療癒技巧,你可以支持大腦發展出更健康、更正向的適應力。

Our brain’s ability to change, known as neuroplasticity, helps us adapt throughout life to new experiences and environments. However, not all change is positive. By recognising the signs of positive change (adaptive neuroplasticity) and negative change (maladaptive neuroplasticity), we can guide ourselves toward a healthier path.

Signs of Positive Change:
- You learn new skills more easily
- You regulate emotions and manage - stress more effectively
- Your brain can reorganise its functions after injury
- You replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones
- You adapt more easily to life’s changes
- Your focus improves, making you more efficient

Signs of Negative Change:
- You feel anxious or stressed for long periods
- You struggle to break unhealthy habits
- You become more sensitive to pain
- You tend to get stuck in negative thought patterns
- You often experience mood swings or feel overwhelmed
- Your memory or ability to learn declines

Understanding is the first step toward change. Through self-awareness and self-healing techniques, you can support your brain in developing healthier, more positive adaptability.
