I wrote Cycle Magic as an empowering guide for women to align with the natural cycles and rhythms that exist all around us, and within us. For so long, we’ve been taught to operate the same way each day, but our hormones and natural energy cycles don’t work that way. 💫

For me, living in misalignment lead to burnout. When I started aligning with natural energy cycles life unfolded with more ease and I manifested many long-held dreams and goals without compromising my wellness.

In Cycle Magic, I share practices to help you align with each of the 4 phases of a cycle:

Attune
Awaken
Thrive
Surrender

By aligning with either your menstrual cycle, or the moon cycle, you can leverage the natural energies available to you at each phase in order to achieve your goals without the hustle.
