Security cameras picked up some delinquents loitering around the house. This neighborhood is going to hell 😅

The 12 Days of Quarantine! Courtesy of and the app!

This is one INSANE! A ton of work and you're gonna be wrecked!

It plays out like the 12 days of Christmas, but the gifts are pain, sweat, and torture! You start with #1, the move on to #2, #1, #3, #2, #1.... on down the line until you finish all 12 consecutively.

I know this is a long video, but bear with me on this, there is a lot of important info and cautions that need to be heard.

If you want to follow along, please download the My Transphormation app from GooglePlay or the Apple Store, or just hit the link in my bio. It's a great resource to track your workouts, caloric consumption, water intake, track your macros, and get advice from experts in the field of nutrition and fitness.*

*not talking about myself, they have no s**t nutritionists, dietitians, and CPTs who can answer your questions with expert knowledge*

Hope y'all enjoyed this week. And don't forget to sign up for the Spring Sprint Challenge (on the app) for a chance to win $50K! *if you can beat me...

The deadline is 13 April.

Hanging out in the prison gym, giving you guys the rundown for the day

It's day! What's that mean, you ask? Well, it means that you need time to recover and build. Through the process of working out and lifting weights, you create micro tears in your muscle fascia, those tears lead to new muscle growth.... but only if they get time to be repaired. Rest is when you grow, everything else is just a primer. All the protein, all the weight, all the reps don't add up to s**t if you don't give your body time to recover.

Even worse, it could lead to injury...

So take the time to relax, go for a brisk walk, a light jog, or ride bikes with the kids. Your body will thank you.

I knew keeping my old uniforms would pay off eventually. Converting them into masks to help out the folks still keeping the mission going.

It ain't much, but it's honest work.

If y'all know anyone who might want or need masks, hit me up. We are accepting donations of materials. An OCP blouse makes roughly 3 masks (too many pockets/zippers/reinforced areas to get good fabric without holes).

I'm also harvesting buttons from old ABU/ACU/BDU uniforms.

I'm trying to come up with ideas to not only help the medical community but the military community I hold so dear. I know DoD guidance exists and says "subdued and conservative" but I don't wanna see a bunch of dudes in crop tops working the flight line.... y'all know who you are, ya little nasties.

Stay safe, wash ya damn hands, and stop licking windows...

Post workout afterglow....

My conditioning is nowhere close to where I want it to be, but I gave it my all and did pretty well for a fat boy.

AMRAP #1 4/5 Rounds completed

AMRAP #2 Completed everything

AMRAP #3 2/3 Rounds completed

Anyone who knows me knows I can't run for s**t, so that part was actually intimidating. But I'd be a hypocrite if I told y'all to do it and not put the effort in myself.

So there it is. Not perfect, but something.

I'm tired. My legs are on fire. I'm sweating like a w***e in church. My lungs feel like their full of battery acid.

Am I happy with the results? Not by a long shot. Like I said, it's pretty good, but it's not great. I want to hit the targets, then exceed them.

Time to rest, eat some dinner, and prepare for tomorrow....

My lunch us better than yours!

Leftover chopped brisket and homemade bread.

Is there anything I can't do?

I've got a pork shoulder in the smoker since early this morning, and it'll be ready for dinner tonight. Can't wait! My favorite meals are the ones I take the time to prepare. I'm not a huge fan of prepackaged foods, and will go out of my way to make it from scratch, if possible. You can't beat the quality of homemade.

Pulling every plate I had in the house... only 315, had plenty in the tank. Who wants to donate some funds to me so I can keep lifting? Only a couple hundred more pounds and I should be set for the next month or 2...

Or I'll just keep adding reps until they get to easy...

Bumper plates would've made this look so much more impressive....

Thursday rundown: ACTIVE RECOVERY

The body grows during rest, so take the time to relax, let your muscles recover, and keep those joints healthy. Nothing derails your fitness goals faster than injury.

Let's knock out some light cardio, some stretching and mobility work. I'm gonna stretch with the Bear later today and try to work on my flexibility (cheerleading is a helluva workout for mobility and flexibility).

That's all I've got. Time for me to knock out my workout (International Chest Day, again), so y'all enjoy the day and be ready to put in some work tomorrow!

Post workout bliss.

It feels good to put in work.

The mental and physical exhaustion are signs of a job well done. Of dues paid in full.

My arms were heavy, shirt saturated in perspiration.

It felt good.

Cathartic.

This is why I do this day in and day out.

I don't do it for fanfare or to impress anyone. I don't do it for accolades or prizes.

I do it because it needs to be done.

In a world of uncertainty, this is the only constant. The weight is true, undeniable, unwavering.
