I probably get more DMs and questions about my fitness than I do about my artwork, so I wanted to share a post about how I’ve been training lately. Last summer, I had just come off a diet where I lost a lot of weight, but I was still leaning towards being “skinny fat.” This is when I connected with and started his body transformation program.

Armon instructed me with exactly how to train and what to eat. I also used his line of supplements, which I can assure you are professional grade and extremely effective. What I wasn’t expecting was how genuinely interested and supportive Armon was throughout my journey, not only with my physical health, but with my mental health as well. I also continue to be blown away with how knowledgable he is about everything related to the fitness industry.

In a matter of months, I was able to go from 220lbs and approximately 18% body fat to 240lbs with approximately 12% body fat. The pics of the results are undeniable. I never thought I’d be able to see my abs, especially at 40+ years old, but now I do.

One of the best pump products out there. Increases vascularity, muscle fullness, massive pump, and best off all its non-stim. Also, commonly used for prestage when your muscle is dehydrated.

Great job on your first bodybuilding show getting 3rd at the in a great light-heavyweight class. Working your butt off while working as a nurse walking around on your feet all day. Barely making weight right on the dot having to sacrifice some size/fullness the last several days and not carbing up. If that wasn't the case you would've essily had first and I still had you at 1st or 2nd. Now it's time for an offseason to add tissue to be a big heavy and crush it next year.
