Manifesting and Abundance class .

We set aside a space and time to unravel our blocks to abundance . We spent 2 days digging to peel layer by layer to discover how we have sabotaged ourselves to abundance, and how we can release these programmes . With blocks removed, we can get clarity what we truly want. Class was peppered with creative ideas how to and what we want to manifest.

A bee adventure.
I was watching TV on Monday afternoon when a bee 🐝 came buzzing around me. It hovered around me for a while, and I knew not to fan it away, just in case it got defensive. So, I went into a theta state and asked the bee 🐝 to return to nature and do its job, i.e., pollination. I assigned it a task: to go outside and look for flowers and fruit trees to pollinate. The bee actually left the house. Thank you. Namaste.

Had my morning meditation, which is to remember our connection with the divine. I saw goddess Parvati (wife of lord Shiva), whom I later found out represents the divine feminine, and Ganesha , who is the son of Parvati. And also glimpse of lord Shiva . Wow it’s the whole family.
Also received some rays of the morning sun . I believe there are embedded codes. Namaste 🙏

Egyptian-Chinese archaeological team unearthed an ancient sacred lake in Luxor, Egypt

In January 2026, a joint Egyptian-Chinese archaeological mission announced the discovery of an ancient sacred lake at the Montu Temple precinct within the Karnak Temple Complex in Luxor. This find is considered a landmark achievement of the first official collaboration between the two nations, which began in 2018.
Key Details of the Discovery
Location: The lake is situated within the enclosure of the Montu Temple, specifically west of the Maat Temple.
Significance: It is the first sacred lake in Egyptian archaeological history to be uncovered through systematic, scientific excavation rather than being found in early archives.
Dimensions & Structure: The lake covers more than 50 square meters and features an entrance made of mud bricks and reused sandstone. Sandstone stairs along the eastern wall were likely used by ancient priests to collect water for ritual use.
Dedication: The lake was dedicated to Maat, the goddess representing truth, justice, and harmony.
Additional Findings at the Site
Beyond the sacred lake, the joint mission unearthed several significant artifacts and structures:
Osirian Chapels: Three chapels dedicated to the god Osiris were found, containing dozens of statuettes of various sizes and materials.
Late Period Relics: Archaeologists discovered dozens of cow jaw remains and reused stone blocks from the Late Period (747–332 BC), some of which are associated with the Divine Adoratrice of Amun.
Historical Reconstruction: The discovery provides new evidence to help reconstruct the history of Thebes under the rule of the 25th and 26th Dynasties.
The team plans to continue work at the site, with upcoming tasks focused on the excavation of a second "Northern" sacred lake and advanced 3D modeling of the findings.

Regrets and Anxiety - how it affects our health .

We carry our regrets from the past. This is a burden we carry into our present. The weight can be rather heavy. It occupies both mental and emotional spaces.

When you worry too much about your future , it creates anxiety. As it does not help your situation now, it has no value. It also occupies both your mental and emotional spaces.

Both regrets and anxieties can affect your sleep and focus , and can seep into your physical well being . The power is in your Now .

Most of the weight comes from yesterday and tomorrow. Let them rest, and carry only today.

Thetahealing is fun . Memories of my advanced DNA teachers’ class with Vianna Stibal in New Delhi , India in Dec 2010 . Wow , that was 15 years ago and it was enjoyable . First time Vianna came to Asia .

Can you spot me ? I was seated on the floor to the far right dressed in white.

We meet wonderful friends in these seminars . Example , I later met a classmate in Aug 2017 in England while attending another class. I didnt realise we attended the same class in India . This was 7 years after at Glastonbury, when I met Sherri Jemmett who recognised me . She was in a white blouse in photo below . We had a good time dancing at a local pub .

Practice of gratitude.

Greetings to all followers of this page . Wishing all happy holidays and a happy new year in 2026 .

Usually when we tell someone to have gratitude , it is like an advice at a personal level , to give .

To receive gratitude is heart warming . This was being extended to a group of us who are pioneer urban planners by our professional institute . I was delighted to meet fellow members of Singapore Institute of Planners ( SIP) at the recent event.
It’s a feeling of giving ( volunteer service to the SIP) and receiving gratitude . The goodwill shown by the incumbent Council , was much appreciated and we had a good time .
