There is 1 chance in 89 billion that life should have evolved into mankind. There is 1 chance in 12 billion that mankind should have created the alphabet and thus civilization. We need to become STUDENTS OF OURSELVES in order to understand how we can respond and navigate through the world we live in.

Understanding is an amazing innate GIFT. When we reprogram our minds to receive this embodied understanding, it’s revealed to us, and in that understanding we RESPOND.

When we begin to UNDERSTAND that, the nucleus of our very own existence is intertwined with the existence of all sentient beings within and around the world, then we’ll know that whatever is happening to them it’s also happening within and around us.

Think of opportunity for growth instead of fear, reaction and attachment in the face of unfamiliarity. Remember to appreciate our SHARED HUMANITY as we transition, adapt and feel all of it within each PETAL of our being.

The changes of our planet and bodies are just re-adjusting at full speed. And that alone is so worth embracing. What a ride. 🌺
