These are intense times and many are feeling the influx of high vibrational energies that are presently flooding the earth. We have passed through the 2012 gateway and have entered the ‘ascension process’ that many have spoken about. What this really means is that the earth and all her inhabitants are simultaneously going through a huge transitional shift in energy that is asking us to raise our g
ame in every aspect of our being. These high vibrational frequencies are quite literally shaking our core foundation of our system of beliefs and framework of reality. We may find ourselves feeling despondent, confused, staring in the face of our deepest core issues that are begging for our loving attention. These essences are lovingly created to helps us navigate these changing times with grace and awareness. I've been involved in the healing arts for about 10 years now. Beginning with Massage, my practice has evolved to include Energy Work, Shamanic Healing, Divinations, Talismans, Women's Circles... etc. Throughout it all has been my connection to the world of crystals and minerals. I bought my first crystal pendant when I was 18 and so began my love affair (though I have been fascinated by magick since I was little!).. All of my essences are created in ritual space. I invoke the spirits of the crystals ( minerals, plants etc.. ) as well as my ancestors and guides to help me prepare and charge the medicine. I begin with the energetic intention of the medicine I want to create. For instance, I see spring as a time for "new beginnings", holding that intention I tune into the crystals I work with and allow them to let me know if they wish to participate in the creation of this essence. I place the crystals in spring water and let them charge under the potent energies of the chosen day ( full moon, new moon, solstice, equinox etc.. )
When it is complete, and the various energies of the crystals have had some time to merge together, I sit with the medicine and allow it to tell me what service it came here to provide. Most of what you read about these essences are direct channelings from spirit.
