Or have you not heard about Amrita Festival in Whitstable yet, go check out their website for more details. 👀 I can assure you there are so many different health & wellbeing practices that are led by experienced facilitators you can find in the timetable.

I'm so excited to be a part of this great organisation and I'll be teaching 2 classes. Also I'm back teaching in Whitstable after around 2 years I guess😍

* Hatha for All, is going to be a suitable for all abilities practice where we will move mindfully and explore a couple of exciting perhaps challenging poses to have some fun. 🥰
* Guided Ashtanga Yoga, a great opportunity if you are curious about this style of Yoga. It's a guided class so we will all move together and experience the flow of movement and breath.

I'm super excited to be a part of the Yoga and Health Festival in Whitstable! 🌟 It’s going to be an amazing weekend filled with yoga, movement practices, and lots of health offerings.

Big shoutout to Monica and Natasha for putting together such a fantastic event for all of us. 🙏💖

After a busy few months this was well deserved and I was really looking forward to it🥰

will be covered however no Ashtanga classes are running until I get back at the end of July.

🌟 Shout out to all Yoga teachers who:
- Don’t have a dance background
- Don’t have sequences like a choreographer
- Don’t move as gracefully as a ballet dancer or a swan
- Can’t do handstands like a gymnast
- Don’t wear fancy outfits like a model

Inspired by one of 's latest posts, I’ve been reflecting on the expectations we face as Yoga teachers. Sometimes, I feel frustrated or disappointed by myself as I feel' not good enough'. But you know what? This is me, and this is what I share.

✨ I have been very quiet on recently. I'm still trying to find a balance between the studio work and personal life & yoga practice which seems to be a little more challenging than I thought it'd be.😬 I read this analogy a few days ago and I really loved it.

It's a simple instruction and helpful visualisation tool for relaxation but also perfect for brief moments I aim to find in everyday life, especially in these busy and sometimes stressful days.
Even if these calm moments last a few minutes only, I still do my best and go back to search for them each time I struggle. The hope and possibility of finding them are precious.

💜 This morning in Canterbury. 💜
A group of dedicated Ashtangis came together to share the practice we love.
The energy in the studio was absolutely fantastic and uplifting, I might have ended up talking and explaining too much but still... 😁
Thanks to everyone who came and made this day happen 🙏🏽
Can't wait the next one in Summer.

Yesterday evening in Canterbury was our first evening class on a Wednesday.
A bunch of hardworking and determined Ashtanga practitioners joined me. 🥰
It's so wonderful to see everyone moving at their own pace, asking questions about their practice and struggles, and sometimes repeating things to observe the effects in their mind&body.

Many many thanks to everyone who choose to practice Ashtanga with me. I know establishing a regular practice is not easy and you're always doing your best. I'm forever grateful💜
