Hi. Just to let you know, if you are planning on going to combat and pump at JD Liverpool South tonight that unfortunately I'm not able to teach as have a sickness bug.

The gym is apparently going to put on some JD Burn classes instead, so you don't need to miss out on your exercise fix.
