Do you struggle with perfectionism?
This is one of the common themes that came up in our recent 5-day healthy habits challenge.
It’s hard to create new habits. Because that means we ACTUALLY have to change. 😱
And change is hard. For everyone.
You’re not alone.
When we can shift our mindset away from trying to be perfect, checking alllll the boxes, feeling like we have to do it right…
We open up a world of sparkling possibility.
As long as you’re taking ONE tiny step in the direction you want to go, you’re making progress.
Even if progress looks like:
✅ Pausing and taking 1 deep breath
✅ Rolling out your yoga mat (not even moving on it)
✅ Going to bed 1 minute earlier
✅ Noticing you’re super stressed out and you’ve overbooked yourself (because that means you are aware and can choose to make an adjustment)
✅ Making a mistake and then apologizing for it
✅ Tuning into your body and seeing what feels right
✅ Laying down on the couch and taking a nap instead of bulldozing through your to-do list
Success isn’t measured by perfection.
It’s a combination of minuscule, seemingly insignificant choices that add up to major shifts in your life.
Small steps = BIG change.
