I had to share this. Every day, the bottle of Ouzo is out with the breakfast The ouzo is beautiful and those interested have it every morning, first up before coffee. I am not a drinker so I have had little more than a taste. This stays here all day with fresh ice cubes to be taken for lunch and dinner also if you wish at no charge. We have been introduced to some Greek traditions like ouzo with some of the octopus dishes. Now that… I liked😁♥️

Today I have moved to my farm stay right on the ocean. I have a beautiful little stone cottage for the night. I am now back on the mainland on the farm as I need to depart by 8.30 in the morning to go to Athens for my flight to Rome and as there is a triathlon on Poros in the morning, all roads will be blocked so I needed to leave the island today From my doorway, I look out onto olive, orange, lemon and fig trees. My beautiful cottage has one bedroom and is fully fitted out for. 5 star stay
No need for a kitchen really as I am just about 20m from the huge commercial kitchen overlooking the ocean. I have been in the kitchen this morning chopping, baking, making halva preparing for the Vegan Yoga group who are here for the weekend. Vegan dinner and breakfast coming up. Such a special treat as the guest of the beautiful Katerina and Rick. It was like "old home week" when I rocked up to the kitchen today. I have cooked many meals with these beautiful girls in the 10 days that I have been here.

Sausage Making this afternoon in this Greek butcher shop with Spiros. Thee were made with pork and using the traditional Greek sausage spices along with grated orange zest. We are using these home made sausages to make Spetsafai as part of our evening meal tonight. Such beautiful healthy food we have learned to make here using simple ingredients grown locally
