So much more than just massage..💖

Class discussion, questions and conversation are a huge part of my classes. I honestly want each attendee to get the most from the 5 weeks, get as much helpful information as they can and really learn something useful and rewarding to take forward into their parenting journey.

While infant massage is the order of the day, other topics which have come up in discussion include:

💫 Sleep
💫 Infant feeding
💫 CPR & Choking

Every class offers something different and helpful!

Qualified ☺️💫🤩‼️

Delighted to announce that over the Summer I received my qualification as a certified instructor in basic life support ( BLS) with the Irish Heart Foundation.

I feel really strongly that all parents’ should be taught basic first aid and have the basic knowledge of how to help their child should the worst happen.

My plan for the interim (Sept & Oct) baby massage class attendees, is to incorporate some information on CPR & Choking at the conclusion of the massage class, before we break for coffee ☺️
